After finishing the internal training you are starting with packing printed matter. The goal is that you will be able to run a finishing line (both folding and stitching) in a 3 shift system.

A working day at Control Media:
| 05:45 | You put on your working clothes and together with your colleagues you are starting with a cup of coffee. |
| 06:00 | The team leader organizes the work and you start your part of the work. You start by cutting printed sheets which must get stapled later. |
| 10:15 | A short break! A quick drink and a sandwich in the canteen. You can just sit down or play darts, table tennis or try to beat the high score on the pinball machine. |
| 10:45 | Back to work. A short word with the team leader and the colleagues to check the status of the workload and to discuss who is going to do what. |
| 11:30 | A short meeting with HR about your training program to see if action needs to be taken on certain points. |
| 12:00 | After a cup of coffee it is time to go back to work. |
| 13:10 | There are a number of urgent orders that must be finished immediately. No problem for you! |
| 14:00 | The working day is over. You tidy up your workplace so that your colleague can make a fresh start right away. Great you have the afternoon and evening off. |
